I have been trying to sell my mother's home in New Jersey for over a year as her legal guardian and I live in Virginia. There were many problems and obstacles when Crista came on board as my agent and from the very first conversation she provided solutions and plans on how we can get the home sold and overcome these obstacles.

Following her guidance and insight on what I needed to do to get the home ready as well as her great marketing of the home, we were able to get a buyer for the asking price within a week of being on market.

The closing process was also difficult due to COVID19, guardianship legal guidelines (inspections, appraisals etc.) and other challenges. Any time I became frustrated or worried or confused, she was ready to answer all of my questions, provide solutions and assist in any matters that I couldn't be there for because I live in another state.
