It was simply a pleasure working with Jenn. She listened to everything we said, what we wanted, needed and could afford. When I would get discouraged, Jenn told me not to give up, always positive. She gave great advice and answered all of our questions with care. If Jenn wasn't 100% sure, she let us know, looked into the matter and got right back to us. Jenn spent months taking us to look at houses. The most difficult part of the process was dealing with other realtors (listing agents) who were unresponsive and downright lazy. That didn't faze Jenn, she just kept contacting them until we got a response. We also had a problem finding a mortgage broker and Jenn helped us find an amazing mortgage broker who was able to get us the right loan (after several others said they couldn't help). Jenn said she knew a woman who specializes in getting difficult loans processed. We ended up with an amazing loan, great rate and a low down payment (no hidden fees or balloon payment). It truly was a matter of finding a hard working reputable broker who took the time to find the right program for my needs. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, you will not be disappointed!!! She's a true professional who is dedicated to helping her clients in any way possible. I wish i could rate her beyond 5 stars!!!
